Please note, party reservations are only secured with the correct payments (non refundable reservation fee of £50 within 3 days of reservation)  the remaining package payment due 10 days prior to your party date. If paying the Full balance within 3 days of reserving in cash, you will receive an early bird cash price offer.
You will be invited to attend The Beehive for a party consultation with our party co-ordinator to go through in detail your party specifics and terms & conditions.
All payments are non refundable and non transferable.
We hold the right to cancel a reservation if payments are not paid on time, However we will always do our best to help where possible if you run in to difficulties.
Please be aware by making a reservation with us this is an agreement to our terms and conditions and rules of play.

The organiser / person booking the event is responsible for their guests behaviours, maintaining no damage is made to our centre / business and to ensure our team are shown respect. Should yourself or any of your guests not uphold this agreement you will be asked to leave and will still be liable for payments and any damages. 

We occasionally hold events at The Beehive which are priced differently to regular play session, if you have NOT booked an exclusive party and are expecting some guests to pay for themselves or additional children coming with them, we highly recommend pre booking via the website.

We are a safe, fun and friendly environment and offer so much more than regular soft play so if you do have something a little different in mind to what we offer as standard just let us know, we are always happy to help.

There are no adult charges at exclusive parties. Admission will vary for event sessions. All adults and children will require pre booking to gain entry, if you expect siblings of invited children to come along please advise them to call and book their additional spaces.
